Prices and Currency
Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and US Dollars (USD).
They include VAT when applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly shown before payment.
Ordering
Orders are confirmed after payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Returns and Cancellations
You can cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it (EU consumer right of withdrawal).
To return an item:
- It must be in original, unused condition
- You must notify us via the Contact Page before sending it back
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of error or defect.

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under EU law.
If your item is defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
